Obituary for Lois Sasser Broussard
Lois Sasser Broussard, 85, of Emporia passed away on January 5, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband Claude Broussard; her parents, Martin and Lela Sasser; brothers, Hubert Sasser, Milton Sasser, Earl Sasser, Kenneth Sasser and a sister, Mavis Kroupa. She is survived by her sister, Lela Geraldine Pearce (Linwood, deceased); her brother and wife Leroy Sasser and Dolly; a number of nieces and nephews and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews. A visitation will be held Monday, 5-7 pm, at the home of Geraldine Pearce, 219 West York Drive, Emporia. Echols Funeral Home will be open on Monday, 5-7 pm, for public viewing. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, 2pm, at Greensville Memorial Cemetery officiated by Dr. Walter G. Laseter.
