Obituary for Donald Lee "Duck" Rainey
Donald Lee “Duck” Rainey, 63, of Emporia, Virginia, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.F. Rainey, Jr. and Annie B. Rainey. Donald Lee was retired from the Rainey Minnow Farm.
He is survived by one brother, W.F. Rainey,III (Alice); one sister, Rosanne R. Jasper (Steve); two nieces, Melissa Cooke (Brian) and Kate Finch (Eric); four nephews, W.F. Rainey,IV, Patrick Hattaway, John Rainey, and Eric Jasper (Tammy); great nieces, Amber Jackson, Chelsea Daniels (Jade); great great nephew, Forrest Daniels.
He leaves behind his loyal friends; his dog, Stoney; Goofy, his horse.
The family will receive guests at the home of Steve and Rosanne Jasper, 13487 Brink Rd, Emporia, Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 5:00pm.
