Obituary for Winfrey Leonard Hobbs, Sr.
Winfrey Leonard Hobbs, Sr. “Bubba”, 64, of Emporia passed away on August 30, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents Daphne and David F. Hobbs, Sr. He is survived by his wife Linda C. Hobbs; his sons Winfrey Leonard Hobbs, Jr. (Clarke) and Jonathan P. Hobbs; granddaughters Caela, Bailee and Brinkley; his brother David F. Hobbs, Jr. (Julie); and longtime companion Buffy. A visitation will be held Saturday, 6-8 pm, at Echols Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, 2 pm, at Fountain Creek Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Charles D.
