Obituary for Peggy Taylor Harrell
Peggy Taylor Harrell, 88, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Letcher Taylor and Ida Rook Taylor, husband, Edward L. “Pete” Harrell, sister, Sadie Jean.
Left to cherish her memory is her three daughters, Rhonda L. Harrell, Alison Reickard, Alice Whitby (Dennis), three grandchildren, Jonathan Whitby (Brandie), Taylor Smith (David), Wyatt Whitby, brother, Robert Taylor (Karen), sisters, Beckey Presson, Bonnie Wright (Mike), as well as 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces/nephews.
Peggy was a longtime member of Adams Grove Baptist Church and was a loving mother, grandmother, and a loyal friend.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at Greensville Memorial Cemetery starting at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Patricia Crump officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Drewryville Volunteer Fire Department, Adams Grove Baptist Church or Greensville Volunteer Rescue Squad.
