Obituary for Jerry W Allen, Sr.
Jerry W. Allen, Sr., was a loving husband, daddy and papa. He died peacefully in his home with his wife by his side on September 8th. He was preceded in death by his parents Gilbert and Ollie Allen.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 37 years, Lois P. Allen, children, LeAnne Rawlings (Chris) and Jay Wiley, grandchildren, Logan Warren Rawlings and Christopher Allen Graham Rawlings. Children from previous marriage, Amy Gordan (Kevin), Bubba Allen, and Brandi Powell and their children. Also left are his brothers Bobby Allen (Daphene), Clinton Allen (Pat), Dennis Allen (Cecilia) and Danny Allen (Dawn). His fur baby Louie and grand fur babies, Rocky and Lily.
A graveside service will be held at Greensville Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, September 9th, starting at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Bobby Griles officiating.
