Obituary for Jean Tuck Willis
Jean Tuck Willis, 94, passed away on October 29, 2024, at her home in Emporia, VA. She was born on December 6, 1929, in Gretna, VA., to the late Morman and Sallie Tuck.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Morman Tuck and Sallie Tuck, husband, Donald Milton Willis, son, Robert Milton Willis, brothers, Ollie Tuck, Norwood Tuck, Dallas Tuck, Clyde Tuck, sisters, Doris Williamson, Louise Shelton, Lodema Hunt.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Wanda Willis Powell (Terry), grandson, Robert Lee Powell, granddaughter, Lindsay Powell Austin (Cody), great-grandsons, Hunter Willis Spence, Connor Robert Spence, great-granddaughter, Lily Ann Austin.
Jean was a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Emporia, VA., and she loved her family and her church family. She was a retired employee from the Peebles department store.
A memorial service will be held at Main Street Baptist Church on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. with Dr. Rick Hurst officiating.
