Obituary for James Allen Boswell
James Allen Boswell, 53, died Friday, October 25, 2019.
A native of Kenosha, Wisconsin, he was the son of Homer J. and Dorothy P. Boswell. James was a truck driver with Mitchell Trucking, and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Emporia, VA.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Homer J. Boswell of El Cajon, California, a brother, David B. Boswell of El Cajon, his sisters, Deanna Hammi of El Cajon, and Lucinda Talbert of Roanoke Rapids, several nieces and nephews, two great nieces and one great nephew.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 31, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. at St. John Lutheran Church, 1351 W. Atlantic St., Emporia VA, with Rev. Stephen Bocklage officiating. The family will receive friends at the Church beginning at 12:00 Noon.
