Frank Washington Cifers II, 45, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Ray Cifers and Kathleen Dawn o Connell Cifers, brothers, Billy Ray Cifers, Timmy Cifers, and father-in-law, Jerry Earnhardt.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Michelle Cifers, children, Chaise Cifers (Elizabeth), Ethan Cifers, Lenleigh Cifers (LJ), Regan Cifers, Frank Cifers, Jr. (Jordan), Dustin Cifers, bonus children, Tailor Grassel (Adam), Hanah House (Cody), Timmy Hankley (Erica), grandson, Weston House, sister, Jennifer Skinner, mother-in-law, Trisha Earnhardt, sister-in-law, Chrystal Mureno (Loca), special friend and brother-in-law, TJ Gaultney (Jenny), golden doodle, Peaches, along with numerous nieces/nephews and many other extended family.
The family will receive friends from 2:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at 305 Echols Street, Emporia, VA., 23847.
