Obituary for Douglas Randall Williams
Douglas Randall Williams, 67, passed away on June 29, 2023. He was the son of William C. Williams and Helen Wall Williams. He was preceded in death by his father, William C. Williams. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Cathy Dianne Williams of Emporia, Va., mother, Helen W. Williams, son, Randy Williams (Cynthia), Kane, PA., daughter, Kathryn Cheatle (Patrick) Allentown, PA., brother, Michael Williams, Lynchburg, VA., sister, Pam Jones, Emporia, Va. grandchildren, Isabella Williams, Anthony Williams, Nickolas Williams, Malina Wilson, Olivia Williams, Milo Cheatle, Piper Cheatle and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and lake friends as close as family. Douglas was a standing member at Fountain Creek Baptist Church.
A visitation will be held at Fountain Creek Baptist Church on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. The service will immediately follow at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Bobby Griles officiating.
